What are your qualifications?

I’ve been in the e-commerce field since 2008, so I have extensive experience in all aspects of web-based businesses. From 2008 to 2019 I worked for a thriving retail and wholesale business, managing all of their daily operations including marketing, communications, inventory control, customer service, copywriting, website maintenance, creative consultation, and I built their social media presence from the ground up, gaining them many new admirers and customers. I started my own business in 2012 (MamaCoyote.com) so I understand the concerns of the small business, and the struggle of the side hustle. I’m passionate about small businesses and want to help individual craftspeople succeed at launching or growing their side hustle into their main gig!

How do I know this is right for me?

It all starts with a conversation. I’d love to know more about your goals and desires, and that begins with a free consultation. If you don’t think I’m the right woman for the job after we chat - no hard feelings.

Do you have references?

Yes, and I am happy to provide them on request, but in the meantime you can check out my testimonials.

Do you offer payment plans?

For some of my services, yes, I am happy to work with you. Please contact me and we can discuss options.

Do you offer any guarantees?

I guarantee that I will do my absolute best to help you achieve your goals. I won’t take you on as a client if I don’t think that I can help your business succeed.

How does payment work?

Once we determine the best level of service for you and your needs, I will remit a PayPal invoice to you along with your contract, which is due in full before any work begins. For payment plans, I will draft an agreement which details a schedule of amounts to be paid, commensurate with work to be done. Scheduled payments are to be paid in full before the next section of work is begun. For hourly services for new clients; an hourly estimate is provided in advance of service, and payment is remitted in full before work is done. For ongoing business relationships, hourly work can be tallied and remitted for payment on a weekly (or bi-weekly) basis, once trust has been established.

How do you communicate with your clients?

Email is my preferred method of communication, because I like to have a record to reflect upon of what we discussed and when. I am always quick to respond, and I will be in contact with you just enough to obtain the information I need to work, but not enough to be a bother. I do provide updates on a regular basis, so you will never be in the dark about what’s going on with your business. I am available via phone as needed.

Do you have a portfolio?

Yes! You can check out both MamaCoyote.com and JessGraybill.com - those are my own personal websites, and you’re welcome to check out my Etsy shop as well. You can see samples of my writing on Italian Pottery Outlet’s Blog, and much (but not all) of the copywriting on their website was done by me. I built Pellarte.com and her accompanying Etsy shop to my client’s specifications. I revamped the SEO for Jump That Moon, which dramatically increased her Etsy sales. That’s just a small selection of my work, but a good place to start. I can’t wait to see what I can do for you!
